Already Booked Your Detail?
Here's Exactly What to Expect and How to Prepare

Before Your Appointment

To give best results, here are a few things to know before we begin:

Vehicle Preparation

  • Please remove all personal items from your vehicle, including car seats when possible
  • If items are left inside, we’ll do our best to work around them
  • Any loose items we find will be bagged and placed in your vehicle

Interior Details

  • Standard interior detailing does not include headliner cleaning, but it can be added if needed
  • Trunk cleaning includes a basic vacuum — deeper cleaning of spare tire or jack areas is available upon request
  • All interior detailing services include a light essential oil air freshener
  • If you are sensitive to scents, please let us know in advance so we can note it on your appointment and skip this step

Safety and Service Limitations

  • We keep the hood closed during exterior detailing to protect sensitive engine components
  • Engine bay cleaning is available as a separate service
  • For liability reasons, car seats must be removed for full cleaning access

Privacy and Respect

  • We do not open glove boxes or center consoles if they contain personal items
  • Your belongings are always handled with care and respect

Mobile Service Agreement

  • As a mobile service, we work outdoors and may be affected by weather or environmental conditions
  • While we aim for a spotless finish, elements like pollen, dust, or rain may occasionally affect final results

Appointment Expectations

  • Service time is based on the condition described at booking
  • If your vehicle requires significantly more work than expected, additional time or rescheduling may be necessary

After Your Service: Extraction Clients

To give best results, here are a few things to know after:

At Our Shop | Best Results |

  • Faster drying with professional fan and heat setup
  •  Vehicles are typically returned fully dry and ready to use
  • In rare cases where a vehicle is picked up before the full drying process is complete due to client scheduling needs or requested pickup time, remaining drying will need to continue outside of our controlled environment

  • Please Note: Once a vehicle leaves before the full drying process is complete, it follows the same expectations as a mobile service. Proper airflow and drying conditions become the responsibility of the vehicle owner, and we are not responsible for issues that may occur due to insufficient drying after pickup.

Mobile Appointments

  • For best results, we recommend scheduling large extraction services at our shop where we can fully control the drying process
  • If you choose a mobile service, please allow 24–36 hours drying time
  • Proper airflow is important — leaving doors or windows slightly cracked will help the drying process
  • Dry time may vary depending on weather conditions

  • Please Note: Once the service is completed, proper drying becomes the responsibility of the vehicle owner. We are not responsible for issues that may occur due to insufficient drying time or limited airflow after a mobile extraction service.

What to Expect

  • In rare cases, some stains may reappear during the drying process
  • If that happens, just reach out — we’ll take care of it
  • During your final walk-through, we’ll point out any permanent staining so there are no surprises
